Description

Context has a 30-year track record in PR and content marketing with an international client base spanning cybersecurity, healthcare, fintech and other vertical tech specialisms. The agency is part of the PRCA and an active member of Eurocom Worldwide, a network of like-minded independent agencies situated across the globe.

**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Writing content on behalf of clients such as articles, press releases, blogs, case studies and comment pieces
- Building relationships with journalists and key influencers by pitching relevant high-quality content on a regular basis
- Developing social media campaigns and researching curated content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc. This includes showing value to the client by measuring engagement and ROI
- Attending client meetings and conference calls to provide full, timely reporting
- Helping AMs and ADs with proposals and attend pitch meetings
- Contributing to Context’s own marketing activities in terms of writing blogs and helping with client case studies.
- Complying with internal agency management systems for time and cost logging

- Strong copywriting and marketing mastery

Entry requirements
- 5 GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English and Maths)
- Graduates with degrees in the arts, science, media, journalism are desirable but not essential. We would also like to hear from anyone with experience in-house or agency side, especially if you have worked in a technology company.

Training to be provided

You will undertake the groundbreaking Apprentify PR and Communications Level 4 apprenticeship.

We have designed our programme to offer you several distinct routes to focus your career path and specialise in areas such as digital PR and influencer marketing. These paths are designed to jump start your career and make you stand out in a competitive field increasing your future earning potential.

During the 15 months of training, you will learn cutting edge theory and industry practice across ten units:

- The PR Industry
- Campaign Management #1
- Campaign Management #2
- Reputation Management
- PR Strategy
- Content Production
- Content Distribution
- Content Evaluation
- Digital PR

During your classroom sessions, you will learn key skills and knowledge required in the PR industry including how to manage PR campaigns, how to manage your online reputation, how to produce content for PR campaigns and how to target content appropriately for maximum impact.
