**Main Purpose**

To coordinate the marketing department in delivering digital strategies for an expanding client base for Epoch Lincoln, responsible for the day-to-day management of Epoch’s socail media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google ads. CRM, social media advertising, video and podcast upload and editing. It will also involve the expansion and development of Sarah and Tom's coaching and information businesses through the management and engagement of their social media accounts.

The primary focus will be on paid social media campaigns, as well as supporting the wider content workflow and development of new and creative media strategies.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies
- Create and manage link building strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presences
- Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
- Develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
- Copy writing on a variety of platforms
- Videography, recording, producing and editing
- Management of YouTube and Podcast platforms
- Forecast marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing campaigns
- Use Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other relevant sites
- Drive traffic to company pages
- CRM management
- Develop and manage projects, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects
- Keep abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends; implement these new technologies in developing campaigns and update current campaigns to include new information
- Produce and implement a Digital Marketing Strategy
- Liaise with, and keep informed, Management on a daily basis
- Refer any issues beyond your own capabilities to the Management for advice and support
- Communicate and feedback (written or verbal) reports to Management on a daily basis
- Promote good teamwork and excellent working relationships to achieve effective results
- Partake in and attend performance reviews and other Company meetings when required to continually improve performance and standards
- Maintain a good team ethic by adopting a highly motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
- Maintain the required standards of work by adopting a professional approach to work
- Observe all reasonable instructions of Management
- Attend any training courses identified as necessary for the effective performance of your duties and continuous improvement
- Comply and keep up to date with all policies and operating standards and procedures
- Undertake any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post that may be required from time to time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
