**£45,000pa - £51,000pa depending on experience**

Are you an experienced Finance Manager looking for a new position? We are working in partnership with our client based in Radstock, to appoint a Head of Finance to join their team. As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for leading and developingthe Finance Team and driving the development of the new Finance System.

**Key Duties**:

- Prepare monthly Management Accounts
- Prepare budget reports
- Report Financial information to external stakeholders
- Liaise with internal teams to generate an annual budget and three-year forecast
- Develop the finance system and processes
- Monitor income
- Generate and maintain cash flow forecasts
- Ensure debt management procedures are in place
- Support in the development of performance monitoring tools
- Responsible for the statutory financial statements
- Develop costing models
- Monitor the performance of the Finance Team
- Support and promote training

**Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role
- CCAB Qualified - (ACCA CIPFA or similar)
- Experience managing and developing a team

**This role is working in Radstock however some travel to their sister site in Bath will be required.**

**Hours of work are 37 hours per week Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm**
