Fibre Army Sales Lead

The role will lead an exciting area of the business, working in the Customer Growth team and responsible for delivering stretching sales targets across our Fibre Army (field, venue and regional sales). With a particular focus on Future Fibre, this role will be fundamental in our mission to become the UK’s first choice for Future Fibre. Leading a team that manage all day to day operations, develops and executes strategies for new routes to market and deliver the new customer growth targets for TalkTalk.
The role also ensures that the value of the sales delivered exceeds our targets by growing product mix and attach rates of additional products, engaging and motivating our fibre army partners and executing with excellence.
The Fibre Army Sales Lead develops and delivers the new acquisition customer growth strategy for our face to face sales teams at TalkTalk.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new acquisition face to face route to market strategies, centred on growing our current routes and understanding new opportunities in the market.- Always looking for new opportunities, this role will work on finding new and innovative ways of taking our future fibre offering to our customers, using existing partners and searching for new partners that can add to our reach- Accountable for the effective management of all contracts and relationships with third parties.- Owning our specialist “New Build” strategy, developing and managing relationships with Developers and networks to ensure we over index in share of the new property market- Owning the delivery of all Fibre Army new acquisition sales targets, relentlessly pursuing opportunities to grow.- Accountable for all compliance and regulatory KPI’s, ensuring that the business we deliver is fully compliant.- Accountable for the ARPU of our Fibre Army new acquisition sales, ensuring we deliver the speed mix, core product revenue and attach rates of value add products.- Owning the Subscriber Acquisition Cost (SAC) commissions budget, this role will ensure that we are investing in value and deliver on our budget- Leading a team, growing individuals professionally and taking full accountability for the employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of their team- Working closely with the Senior Go To Market (GTM) manager to ensure excellent execution across all direct and indirect sales channels.
