We are looking for a **Production Assistant **to join our Production department.

The purpose of the role is to support the smooth running of the Production department by accurately and effectively completing administrative duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- General data entry of Production performance data
- KPI reporting from input data
- Copying written operation instructions to excel documents
- Producing Standard Operation Procedures documents
- Monitoring and reporting on product returns
- Administering ad hoc stock supplies to Production departments
- Stock adjustments
- Working to ISO 9001:2015 standards
- General production department duties

**Working hours**:
Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)

**Essential skills, qualities, and experience**:

- GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 or above
- Competent user of Microsoft Office systems, particularly Outlook, Word & Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment

**Desirable skills, qualities, and experience**:

- Some experience working within an office environment
- Some knowledge of automobile parts
