As a Classroom Assistant with Tradewind Recruitment, you'll have the opportunity to:

- Work with a diverse range of students
- Assist the class teacher in creating and delivering exciting lessons
- Work one-on-one with students who require additional support
- Support students with special educational needs
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and dynamic learning environment

**Requirements**:

- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with young people
- Experience working with children is a plus, but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- A willingness to undergo a DBS check
- Flexibility to work full-time, long-term positions
