As part of our client’s continued development and business growth, we are looking for an experienced Property Valuer to join a fast-paced, award-winning client of ours. We are seeking tenacious, charismatic and ambitious individuals with a proven track recordin sales / converting New Instructions / successfully achieving KPI’S.

**Areas of Accountability**:

- Generate new and repeat business opportunities for valuations and instructions
- Canvass and seek new business opportunities including targeting competitors
- Maximise board presence and promote brand awareness at all times
- Achieve minimum new instruction target for the branch
- Working closely with the sales team to ensure new instructions are being progressed through to the completion stage
- Maintain and increase agreed fee levels
- Liaise and negotiate between buyers and vendors
- Arrange and agree sales and new instructions
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with buyers and vendors

**The Individual**:

- Proven background in property Valuations and winning new instructions
- Excellent knowledge of business development techniques and marketing
- Broad knowledge of property sales, processes and legislation
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Self-motivation with a 'can do' attitude
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly professional, proactive, ambitious and dedicated
- Driven and determined
- Previous experience with property software would be an advantage
- Full, clean UK driving licence is essential
