Job Title - Resident Host

Location - Gillingham

Hours - Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Hourly rate - £11 per hour

This is a temporary role with the possibility to go permanent.

Do you have a passion for helping people? Are you a great team player? Our client in the Gillingham area is looking for someone to join their busy resident host team in their build to rent facilities.

**Duties**:
As resident host you will supporting the office team as well as the residents within the managed building. You will be responsible for
- Manning the front desk
- Answering calls
- Taking enquiries
- Booking viewings
- Dealing with check in and check out reports
- Manage bookings
- Various adhoc duties
- Assisting host team as well as the building manager

To be considered for this position you will need to have the follow
- Reception or concierge experience
- a passion for the property industry
- Strong communication skills verbally and written
- A good team player
- Can take direction
- Knowledge of office packages essential
- Knowledge of Qube, Hubspot or fixflow ideal but not essential as training will be provided
