Here on the Children's Unit and Paediatric Observation and Assessment Unit we are looking for a Care Support Worker who can expand our already established team and who together will carry out routine health related activities to ensure patient focused care. To provide clinical support as required to help ensure the efficient and effective running of the work are. To provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers. You will be supported to develop professionally, and full training will be provided within your individualised induction to enable to you transition into the team.
