If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Behavior Mentor within a primary and secondary school setting in schools across South East London.

As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Mentor to join our team.

**Role Overview**:
As a Behavior Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with autism and behavioral challenges to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized behavior plans, provide one-on-one support to students, and create a positive and nurturing learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement individualized behavior plans for students with autism and behavioral challenges.
- Provide one-on-one support and intervention to students to help them manage their behavior and emotions effectively.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and adjust behavior plans as needed to ensure continued growth and development.
- Implement positive behavior management strategies and techniques to promote social skills and self-regulation.
- Provide support and guidance to staff members on effective behavior management techniques and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Experience working with children with autism and behavioral challenges in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Patient, compassionate, and empathetic approach to working with children.
