About the Role

Recite Me is seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to manage and optimise our web presence, ensuring seamless integration between our website and marketing systems. You will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences, website performance, and conversion rates.

In this position, you will directly impact business and brand growth by managing our digital landscape across multiple websites. Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing and collaborating with regional marketing teams and the CTO, you will be involved in developing strategies to drive website traffic and create sales opportunities through optimised user experiences, leading to increased revenue.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities

Content Management (CMS Ownership)

Manage and update website content using WordPress.

Ensure consistent, high-quality content across all websites.

Website Conversion Optimisation

Implement strategies to improve website conversion rates.

Conduct A/B testing and analyse results to inform optimisation decisions.

User Experience (UX)

Enhance the user experience through intuitive design and seamless navigation.

Regularly review and update website design and functionality based on user feedback and analytics.

Website Performance Monitoring

Continuously monitor website performance and speed.

Identify and resolve issues to ensure mínimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Security and Tracking

Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect websites from threats.

Manage tracking and analytics tools, including Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and HubSpot integration.

Website to HubSpot Interaction

Ensure seamless interaction between the websites and HubSpot for accurate data collection and analysis.

Collaboration with SEO and Marketing Teams

Work closely with the SEO team to implement best practices.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align website management with overall business objectives.

New Marketing Lead Capture Development

Develop and implement new marketing lead capture tools, such as the "Try our toolbar" feature.

Project Management

Oversee the development of new micro websites and their expansion into full-scale sites.

Ensure all website projects are executed efficiently and align with business goals.

About You

**What you’ll need**:
Technical Skills

3 years of commercial experience in a full-stack web development role or similar

Proficiency in WordPress.

Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.

Experience with HubSpot integration.

Expertise in GA4 and website tracking.

Understanding of cookies, website security, and GDPR/PECR compliance.

Performance and Optimisation

Knowledge of website performance best practices and techniques.

Familiarity with website conversion best practices and techniques.

SEO and Analytics

Good understanding of SEO principles and strategies.

Ability to leverage analytics to make data-driven decisions.
