Randstad is searching for an enthusiastic and driven Teaching Assistant to join the team at a Hoddesdon primary school. You will have a significant impact on supporting educators and fostering a positive, welcoming learning environment for our kids as a teaching assistant.

What steps should you take if a student is struggling with a specific concept and requires extra assistance?

- Managing behaviour and supporting the class teacher, planning, preparing and present
- Support in lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class
- Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience of all children
- Working with small groups and 1:1
- Have a flexible approach and ability to adapt resources on the spot
- Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentations and Maintain discipline

- Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one

- A strong and resilient personality and commitment to pupil's development
- Reading, writing, numeracy and communication skills
- Team Teach trained - or willing to attend training
