**Job description**: Here at Sewell Wallis we are currently recruiting for on of our favourite clients for a Data Entry or Clerk Administrator to join on ASAP, the reason the role has arisen is due to a member of the team needing time off to recover from surgery.

The role is expected to last 8 - 12 weeks but has potential to be extended

The interim assignment is expected to last 8-12 weeks.

The role will include following duties;
- Creating and processing quotations when necessary.
- Dealing with incoming customer queries.
- Data entry and processing relevant documentation.
- Answering the telephone and transferring to relevant persons.
- Managing purchase ledger invoices.
- Following up on customer requests.
- Ad-hoc administration.
