**Who you are**:
- Previous contract catering background preferred but not essential
- Previous management experience.
- **Previous chef experience required.**:

- Motivated to deliver consistent high standards of food and service quality.
- Friendly and approachable, with the management skills to develop and manage a team.
- A 'can-do' attitude.
- The willingness to be flexible and support your team as and when required on different shift patterns
**What you'll be doing**:Chef Manager - Dartford**
**Up to £38,000 per Annum (DOE)**
**Monday - Friday with occasional weekends and nights when support is required.**

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to work at our fast paced site based in Dartford.**This site is a 24 hour unit delivering Breakfast (10am - 12pm), lunch (12pm - 2pm), grab and go and dinner (3pm - 5pm)**. This is then repeated throughout the night service. The site provides a 9 day menu cycle that is pre-written. You will beproviding outstanding service to the staff and customers whilst guiding and motivating your team to be the best they can possibly be.
As the Chef Manager, you need to be commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day-to-day business, you'll maximise the performance of your team. Leading by example and setting high standards, you'll enhance sales and provideour customers with great service.** You will receive development and support from a designated culinary lead.**
You will need to build an excellent relationship with the client making sure their needs as well as contractual needs are met to the highest standard possible
