As the business grows, we are combining our wholesale and e-commerce customer service teams and are looking for customer service agents to work across our channels.

**What you will be doing**:

- Supporting customers across wholesale (retailers) and e-commerce (web customers) to provide excellent customer service
- Managing the order book for retailers to ensure successful delivery of monthly and quarterly shipping goals.
- Work across multiple systems to ensure orders are processed and queries are logged and resolved.
- Build strong relationship with retail partners & internal partners with regular meetings to improve ways of working
- Working cross functionally to ensure we constantly work to improve the customer experience for both retailers and web customers.
- Updating process documentation to support training across the team
- Producing reporting updates to track performance and customer satisfaction

**What we are looking for**:

- 2+ years of office-based customer service experience with knowledge of both wholesale and e-commerce
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Ability to work cross functional to integrate business processes
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of tasks from inception to conclusion
- Experience of process improvements to improve service and optimise costs
- A highly organised, self-starter with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Resilience and problem-solving skills
- Strong Excel experience
