Established Brickwork Contractor is looking for a Senior Brickwork Estimator

Salary £60 000 - £80 000 plus package

Location - London and South East

Role:
A conscientious, numerate and computer literate individual who is willing to undertake duties over and above areas of direct responsibility. Reliable, flexible and trustworthy with a logic and analytical approach to problem solving.

Able to work efficiently as an individual using own initiative or as an active, contributing member of a team.

Experience desired in brickwork - working on various projects from £500k to £65M

Ensuring maximum profitability is attained.

Assisting with preparing and analyzing costings for tenders.

Update the Tender Register and Prioritise the Tenders in order of return date/importance by Allocate the Tender/s to the estimator/s.

Maintaining client relations & ensuring a high level of service
