**We’re looking for a Barback to join our iconic team at The Aubrey.**

The Aubrey is a Japanese Izakaya & Bar concept with 132 covers and a private dining room serving brunch, dinner and late-night drinks. Our menu features classic dishes from Japanese cuisine, in interpretations that adapt and change with the seasons.

The restaurant has been created as a partnership between Maximal Concepts and Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London. Maximal Concepts is a Hong Kong-based company that has since expanded to locations including Singapore, Las Vegas and Vancouver.

**As a Barback at The Aubrey, you will be responsible for**:

- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the bar
- Prepare mise en place
- Ensure bar stations are fully stocked and tidy
- Polishing of glassware and China

As a **Barback,** you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary but are mainly evening or late-night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
