**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**:
The post holder will assist with the end-to-end recruitment process
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

- **Recruitment**:

- Place with Agencies, Intranet & external advertising as required
- Speak to managers about their recruitment needs and offer guidance where necessary
- Provide guide to hiring managers re: internal hiring process
- Receive, log & distribute CVs from agencies/applicants
- Set up technical and HR interviews and give feedback to agencies
- Complete HR Interviews if HR Advisor is unavailable
- Raise hiring approval if HR Advisor is unavailable
- Issue Offer, Contract and supporting documents and offer guidance where necessary to new starters
- Manage Recruitment invoices processing including checking the correct % is applied, and raising approvals in a timely manner
- **Contractors**:

- Keeping track of all contractor approvals and renewal dates
- Liaise with contractor managers to ensure all approvals are raised in time
- Liaise with agencies regarding contractor rates
- Manage contractor invoicing process with Procurement including checking the contractor rates are correct, attaching all relevant timesheets and approvals, checking the expense forms and back up documentation
- Keeping track of contractor rates and agency mark-ups

- All SDSE Staff

- Maintain good and strong relationships with all key liaisons
- No. of communication partners: circa 30
- No. of Samsung Electronics European subsidiaries: 7

**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good administrative and PC skills (MS Office)
- Ability to prioritize and juggle tasks is essential.
