Referrals Coordinator

**About us**

Eggtooth is a not-for-profit social enterprise based in Hastings, East Sussex. For over ten years we have offered creative, therapeutic activities for young people, children, families and adults in our local community.

We launched our mental health service in 2019 and have since supported hundreds of clients in fostering their resilience and improving their wellbeing. We pride ourselves in offering a bespoke, person-centred mental health service, where our priority is creating tailored provision to suit the client’s individual needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and verify patient information.
- Provide support to patients and families throughout the referral process.
- Maintain accurate records of patient referrals.
- Communicate with referring providers and insurance companies to ensure timely processing of referrals.
- Schedule appointments with specialists for patients.
- Assist with financial arrangements for referrals.
- Assist with obtaining prior authorizations from insurance companies.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £15,600.00 per year
