**Job Description: Project Assistant - International Fulfilment | Cloud9 Fulfilment**
**Position Overview**: Cloud9 Fulfilment, a distinguished UK-based fulfilment house serving numerous international clients with multi-million-pound projects, is seeking an adept and detail-oriented Project Assistant to fortify our project team. As a Project Assistant at Cloud9 Fulfilment, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the smooth execution of high-value international projects, ensuring impeccable coordination, communication, and punctual delivery to our esteemed clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the Project Manager at Cloud9 Fulfilment, assisting in planning, executing, and closely monitoring international projects of substantial value. Your role will entail ensuring projects are impeccably delivered within designated timelines and budgets.
- Uphold transparent communication channels with our international clients, promptly and professionally addressing their queries, updates, and concerns to nurture enduring relationships.
- Create and uphold detailed project documentation, including comprehensive project plans, detailed schedules, progress updates, and comprehensive meeting minutes.
- Pave the way for productive project status meetings, ensuring all action items are captured, tracked, and effectively communicated to stakeholders.
- Maintain collaboration between internal teams such as sales, logistics, and customer service, assuring the seamless exchange of information and resources crucial to project success.
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables, promptly identifying potential risks and proposing well-considered solutions to guarantee project milestones are celebrated.
- Produce project reports, both for clients and Cloud9 Fulfilment's internal management, summarising project advancement, accomplishments, and any deviations from the original project trajectory.
- Aid with budgetary tracking, uploading invoices, and expense management for our international projects.
- Help to develop Cloud9 Fulfilment by contributing innovative ideas to refine project processes, elevate operational efficiency, and amplify client gratification.
- Assist with the onboarding process with new clients, steering project transitions to success and ensuring the effective communication of project parameters.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism, upholding the values of Cloud9 Fulfilment
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Project Management, or a related field is benefical, but not essential.
- Experience as a Project Assistant, Project Coordinator, or akin roles, ideally within the world of global fulfilment or logistics.
- Communication skills are crucial due to the international aspect of the role
- Adeptness with project management tools and software
- An analytical mind
- Adaptability
- An understanding of international logistics and supply chain mechanics is desirable.
