- Pre-Sales Expertise:

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential clients in the airport industry.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including client meetings, proposal development, and presentations.
- Utilize your domain knowledge to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Business Strategy Development:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitive landscape, and client data to formulate effective business strategies.
- Design and implement data-driven strategies to optimize operational efficiency, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide insights and recommendations on potential revenue streams, cost-saving initiatives, and business expansion opportunities.
- Project Management:

- Lead and manage complex consulting projects in the airport industry from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with the client and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively address any issues to ensure successful project execution.
- Stakeholder Management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, airport management teams, and regulatory authorities.
- Effectively communicate project updates, recommendations, and findings to stakeholders at all levels.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and support throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Financial Analysis and Expertise:

- Demonstrate a solid understanding of financial operations within a business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and improved financial performance.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience as a Business Consultant, preferably with a focus on the airport industry.
- Proven experience in early pre-sales activities, including proposal development, client meetings, and solution design.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in leveraging data and analytics to drive business strategy.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, with experience interacting with clients and executives.
- Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to lead and mentor direct reports.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
