**Responsibilities**:

- Working alongside Architects and Senior Technologists to create detailed drawings for residential projects.
- Creating technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications.
- Liaising with contractors, consultants, and clients regarding project specifications.
- Coordinating drawings with other disciplines such as structural engineers, electrical engineers, and landscape architects.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience working as an Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in the use of REVIT software.
