Welfare Cleaner

**Job description**

**Position Overview**:
We are actively seeking a diligent and experienced Welfare Cleaner to join our client's construction site at Crown Trading Centre, Hayes. This crucial role involves maintaining a clean and safe environment for our workers, contributing to the overall efficiency and professionalism of the project.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine cleaning tasks in designated welfare areas, including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- Ensure cleanliness and proper sanitization of surfaces, fixtures, and equipment
- Dispose of waste and debris according to established guidelines
- Replenish supplies and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly
- Adhere to health and safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with site supervisors and colleagues to uphold cleanliness standards

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English with effective communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in professional cleaning roles
- Valid CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card
- Right to Work in the United Kingdom, if applicable

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning agents
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctual, reliable, and able to manage time efficiently
- Physical fitness to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving objects
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hayes, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (required)
- Right to work UK (required)
