Repro/prepress Trainee

Preparation/creation of artwork for printing production
- Check all artworks supplied and prepare them for printing
- Ensure artwork proofs are accurately created and proofed on time
- Inputting accurate information into a Management Information System
- Liaise with Studio Manager, customer services team and customers to ensure timelines are met
- Work closely with the Studio Manager to plan jobs going into production
- Order plates
- Send jobs to the digital press or digital plate making

**Person Specification**:

- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deal with customers effectively and in a customer focused manner
- Competent IT skills (Outlook, Excel and ability to learn bespoke management system)
- Experience of using Adobe Creative Suite advantageous although not essential
- Team player with ability to work on own initiative
- Energetic
- Communicative
- Self-motivated
- Capable of and comfortable with acting under light supervision
- Quick learner with a can do positive attitude

Daventry, NN11 8RT, but moving to Round Spinney - Northampton in 6 weeks

**Salary**: £14,000.00-£19,000.00 per year
