Our client is looking for a fleet administrator to ensure all vehicles are maintained to a high standard and co-ordinate fleet movements to maximise utilisation and profitability.

This is a service that is central to our clients customer experience so it's vital it's done efficiently and professionally.

You'll be working with the fleet and return teams who are on the frontline of the customer relationship with our brand.

You'll also be working with the central fleet team and local branches. Having a confident manner is also important because you may need to prepare the vehicle for the customer and deliver it with a good handover.

**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with local suppliers at regular intervals to progress all vehicles in for repair in accordance with the Operating Procedures.
- Source vehicles to meet customer bookings, working with the central fleet team and local branches
- Ensure the accurate completion of all vehicle documentation on the in house rental system
- Organise repairs and warranty work to vehicles where necessary
- To ensure the accurate completion of all vehicle documentation such as that relating to vehicle movements, damage, new vehicles and sale vehicles according to the Operating Procedures.
- Liaise with local suppliers at regular intervals to progress all vehicles in for repair in accordance with the Operating Procedures.
