**Summary of your role**:
Are you a passionate team player who wants to make a positive difference through sport and education?

**Your key responsibilities, but not limited to**:

- Planning, delivering and reviewing high quality sessions across scopes of work.
- Ensure kit and equipment on all sessions is safe and fit for purpose.
- Monitoring outcomes of programmes through collecting data, feedback and showcase stories.
- Complete sessional risk assessments for all sessions.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with all participants and partners.

You will work alongside Coordinators and Scope of Work Managers to:

- Identify new and innovative programme/project ideas for future delivery.
- Support the planning and development of new programmes.
- Communicate internally and externally about programmes across BACT

**You Must Have**:

- Experience of delivering coaching or school-based sport sessions to young people
- Level 1 Coaching qualification (in any sport)
- High energy and enthusiasm to work with young people
- Flexible approach and willingness to adapt at short notice
- Knowledge of a variety of sports and physical activities
- Driving licence

**You would ideally have, but not vital**:

- EYFS experience and desire to develop this offer for BACT
- Interest in outdoor learning and developing this area
- Teaching/HLTA/TA qualification.
- Level 2 coaching qualification

**Salary**: £20,000.00 per year
