**Wildlife Ranger Supervisor**:
Job description

Forestry and Land Scotland manages and protects Scotland’s national forests and land. Join us and take pride in helping look after something incredibly valuable to the people of Scotland and its visitors - Scotland’s national forests and land.

We are recruiting a Wildlife Ranger Supervisor to join FLS East Region Wildlife Management Team, based in Tummel Bridge area. Focus areas include highland Perthshire, Angus, and Fife, with occasional travel to Moray & Aberdeenshire, and support for deer management activities across the East Region.

Sustainable herbivore management is vital to ensure the successful delivery of a range of Scottish Government targets on carbon capture, improving habitats and timber production. This role will contribute to the cull and venison sale of approximately 8000 deer per annum across the East Region including Red, Roe and Fallow deer.

If you enjoy working outdoors, often alone, in spectacular and remote locations delivering hands on deer control and also enjoy being part of skilled wildlife management team please see the job description and success profile for a full overview of the role.
