Job Responsibilities:
As a multi-skilled joiner with Lyons Property Services Ltd, you will play a crucial role in our team, focusing on the refurbishment and improvement of void properties in the Greater Manchester area. Your responsibilities will include but exclusive to:

- Adding and upgrading bathroom and kitchen installations.
- Executing various joinery tasks to enhance property aesthetics and functionality.
- Collaborating with our team to complete projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Contributing to a positive and productive work environment.

**Requirements**:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

- Proven experience as a multi-skilled joiner, showcasing your expertise in joinery work.
- Strong knowledge of bathroom and kitchen installations.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the quality of work meets our standards.
- Other desirable skills, plumbing experience or tiling etc, will be advantageous.
- Possess excellent customer service skills
