**The role**

This is a new role due to growth within the Housing Team. The main purpose of the role is to provide ongoing support and guidance that ensures licensees can live safely, considerately and with dignity, whilst also adhering to the terms and conditions of their licence.

You will be responsible for working with the officers to complete licence agreements and housing benefit claims of new placements and internal transfers. You will be expected to manage the health and safety and telecoms of each property in your portfolio, working closely with our maintenance team, facilitating annual safety checks e.g. gas safe.

Main responsibilities:

- Completing regular health and safety checks of properties
- Carry out housing inspections
- Hold house meetings
- Completing monthly fire drills making sure these are logged and concerns raised
- Updating housing and fire risk assessments for properties
- You will be supporting Clients to manage their licence agreements and address any anti-social behaviour

Our office is based in Fishponds, our houses are based predominately in East Bristol. Driving Licence essential for this role due to travelling between office and clients.

This role is Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00. Annual Salary of £25,338.

**About you**
- Housing training/ qualifications preferred but not essential
- Previous experience of conflict management preferred
- Previous experience of working within social housing preferred
- Strong IT Skills
- Ability to work in a challenging environment
- Be caring and compassionate towards others
- Be resilient and tenacious.
- Organised and able to prioritise and plan with great attention to detail
