- Providing pre-contract services, including analysing contracts and advising on suitable contractual arrangements to meet clients' needs
- Attendance at meetings and review of project documentation to identify risks
- Prepare monthly reports for presentation at board meetings, commenting on agreed key deliverables including project risks, financial position, costs and drawdowns, commentary on certification, progress against programme and deviation from the business plan
- Valuing work completed on-site

**Requirements**:
The right individual will have:

- 3 or more years of experience as a Project Monitor (Desirable)
- Confident in their ability to identify risks to stakeholders across all stages of the development process
- Ability to undertake technical due diligence
- Good knowledge of technical documentation
- Ability to take ownership of a project and undertake regular reporting
- Confidence in their ability to communicate their findings at a senior level to a knowledgeable audience
- Good general contract knowledge including JCT suite of contracts and development agreements
