**Position Overview**:
As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness and overall presentation of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include supervising housekeeping staff, conducting inspections, maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, and collaborating with management to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning practices.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and facilities to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with management to address any maintenance or repair needs.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and amenities as needed.
- Uphold health and safety regulations and protocols at all times.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in housekeeping or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional service.
