A small, established Project Management Building Consultancy is looking for a Project Manager with an Employer's Agent background to join their growing team in Bristol.
**The Project Manager's Role**
As above, the Project Manager will predominantly be carrying out Employer's Agent duties, working alongside the client to deliver projects in the Residential build sector.
More specifically, the Senior Project Manager will be assisting with the delivery of New Build and Social Housing projects.
**Project Manager Requirements**
- Previous Employer's Agent experience (2+ years)
- Project Manager or Quantity Surveyor background
- Experience working with Residential-based projects (ideally social housing or new builds)
- Hold a RICS accredited degree
- Be a member of, or be working towards, a construction-based subscription (RICS, APM, CIOB)
- Able to commute to and from site locations
