**Role**
Our team at AXON Clinical Studies (CS) is looking for an Account Associate to join us on our journey to ignite change in healthcare. This entry-level role is an opportunity for a self-starter to develop their career in a friendly and flexible agency by supporting tactical implementation of programs on behalf of AXON’s clients.
**Responsibilities**
- Work in conjunction with senior staff to manage day‐to‐day client mandates
- Participate in tactical implementation of events and programs
- Support ongoing administrative duties
- Communicate and articulate meaningful connections derived from discovery to insights in clear, concise, and effective manner either in written or oral form
- Implement portions of communications plans and/or accounts
- Assist new business development by doing research, collecting information, creating competitor profiles, etc.
- Attend meetings as part of the project team and prepare meeting notes
- Participate in initial preparation for events and on-site coordination at events

Whether that’s being involved in our social, marketing or CSR Electives, attending networking events, or running training sessions on topics they have a personal interest in (some recent examples include mindfulness and nutrition). We have a keen focus on training and development and as a rough guide, suggest employees aim to complete 37.5 hours of learning a year. Whether that be through online learning, classroom training, or attending external events, that’s one week a year dedicated to your development.
- Curiosity about understanding our client's business and willing to deliver value either directly or indirectly through your contributions
- A University degree
- Science degree or related academic qualification(s)
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to “connect the dots” from observations to opportunities
- Have strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources and formulate comprehensive and actionable insights and reports
- Intermediate writing skills with demonstrated potential for more advanced work; includes ability to write first draft of various materials and to proofread material with a high degree of accuracy
- Basic presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills
- Demonstrate responsibility for own individual development and expand knowledge through direct experience, internal development, and training courses, as necessary
