**Are you an experienced Paint Sprayer looking for a new role with a fantastic growing company?**
Our busy family run workshop in Tonbridge is looking for an experienced team player to fill the position of Vehicle Painter/Sprayer.

**Duties of a Paint Sprayer**:

- Preparing and priming vehicle bodywork.
- Mixing and colour-matching, painting all repaired areas to a high standard, and polishing as appropriate.
- Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
- Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels that lead to customer loyalty and referrals.

**Qualities of a Paint Sprayer**
- Ideally you will be an experienced Paint Sprayer with a settled career history in a Bodyshop environment and be able to demonstrate a hand's on and focus-driven approach.
- An eye for detail.
- Quality Awareness.
- You will have a previous working experience in a Paint Sprayer role within a busy bodyshop.
- The ability to produce a high quality of Paint repair from start to finish.
- Would ideally have ATA, NVQ 3 or IMI3 (but this is not essential)

This is a permanent role Monday-Friday and overtime is available at enhanced rates.

Immediate start required.

**Salary**: Negotiable ,From £30,000.00 per year
