**The Recruitment process**
**Please note this is a 6 month Fixed term contract following a panama shift pattern** **on a Job share basis (21 hours)**
**The role**
As a Production Operative, your key role will be to ensure the smooth and effective flow of the production process at our **Ryecroft site in Ashton under Lyne**. You’ll be hands-on, operating and closely monitoring our production machinery. Your eagle eye for quality will be put to use as you conduct thorough checks to guarantee our products consistently meet our exceptionally high standards.
Creating a safe and clean working environment is paramount, and as a Production Operative, you’ll play a vital role in achieving this. We also believe in the power of teamwork, and you’ll have the opportunity to collaboratively work with our talented team members to surpass production targets and meet deadlines.

- Execute and closely monitor the operation of production machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient production processes
- Conduct regular quality checks to guarantee that our products meet the highest standards
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for everyone in the team
- Collaborate effectively with team members, working together to achieve production targets and meet deadlines
- Adhere strictly to established guidelines and procedures
- Actively participate in engaging training sessions to continuously enhance skills and expand knowledge

- Ability to follow guidelines and procedures accurately
