**Requirements**:

- 2 years’ experience and a proven track record of success in permanent recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Experience in training new recruits and building a team.

**About the Role**

As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent within the primary care sector. Your expertise in recruitment combined with your knowledge of primary care will be instrumental in helping us grow and establish ourselves as a leading brand in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Meet and exceed targets and KPIs.

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE
**Supplemental Pay**: Bonus scheme & commission
**Schedule**: Monday-Friday 8-5
**Work Location**: Luton
