Mountain, the new restaurant from Tomos Parry and the team behind Brat has opened in an historic building on a classic Soho street. An atmospheric wood grill and wine bar, inspired by the ‘sea and hillside’ cooking of Catalan cooking and the Welsh terroir, plates of seafood from the plancha in local fisherman's bars and long lunches in vineyards with our favourite winemakers.

Following a successful opening, we are settling into soho and as our team continue to grow and develop we are looking for our final front of house roles. With two bar's set across both floors, a wine bar focus on the first floor and our basement cocktail bar, playing great music from our vinyl collection you would comfortable to move between these two styles of service.

We are looking for an experienced bar tender, with a strong traditional cocktail background and a passion for creating new recipes using our seasonal produce. As a member of the team, you will also have strong guest service experience and be comfortable with all aspects of restaurant service.

This position offers the opportunity to develop supplier relationships and gain experience in stock management, ordering and all accounting aspects of the bar. You will also be working alongside the Bar Manager to support on training the wider front of house team on our bar offering and service.
