HR Advisor

HR Advisor required for our global client based in Glasgow City Centre.This is an opportunity to work within a well-established organisation that has staff engagement as a top priority.
You will have the support of a large HR team to develop your career accompanied with extensive training for the right individual.

Your day to day will involve:

- Providing advice on performance management
- Assist with the implementation of HR programmes and practices
- Employee Relations
- Absence management
- Assist with the review of policies, updating where necessary
- Advise managers on return-to-work forms
- Support on HR administration and adhoc HR projects
My client requires previous experience within an HR function and although CIPD is not essential, it would be an advantage.
