Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. Your primary responsibility will be to support their growth and development through engaging activities and educational programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to promote children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that encourages exploration and creativity
- Observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas for improvement and providing individualized support
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's learning journey
- Maintain accurate records of children's development, behavior, and any incidents or concerns
- Foster positive relationships with children, colleagues, and families to create a supportive community
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of all children in your care

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working with young children in an early childhood education or childcare setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
