Product Copywriter

Photonic Universe Ltd is one of the leading UK suppliers of solar and wind power products based in Orpington, South-East London. We are currently looking for a **Product Copywriter **to join our experienced team. You will be responsible for product listings and content of all distribution channels and materials. You will translate complex and technical product concepts into a clear, concise and easy copies that sell. This position requires excellent writing skills as well as an interest in, and understanding of the technology.

**Responsibilities and duties**
- Write clear, concise and distinctive product listings;
- Ensure product and catalogue consistency across sales channels, monitor and optimise product listings based on customer feedback and sales performance;
- Create and update technical materials for products (datasheets, leaflets, catalogues);
- Contribute to the development of the website and social media content;
- Take product photos (if applicable) and process the images to the right standards;
- Help with marketing, PR and product promotions.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- E-commerce product listing experience is preferable;
- Interest and understanding of technologies in various industries;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with challenging deadlines.

The role is based in our office in Orpington, South East London (postcode BR5 3QB). Standard working hours 9am-6pm Mon-Fri.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
