**About Our Client**:
The client is a financial services firm based in London. They're a digital challenger bank based in North London which serves the financial needs of business owners, property entrepreneurs and family businesses. It's led by a consortium of investors which are focused on the SME and retail investors.

The key duties for the Lending Administration Officer are as follows:

- To provide a quality focused service to all customers across lending products including mortgages, loan transactions and secured lending facilities.
- Management of difficult and complex complaints and queries in relation to pre and post completion mortgage and loan servicing product lines.
- Management of a portfolio of cases, ensuring loan transactions and relevant Credit Delivery administration are completed to agreed Service Level Agreements in accordance with procedures and policy.
- Monitor the levels of outstanding/incomplete cases on a daily basis; ensuring effective planning and action is taken to work with colleagues to resolve within service level agreement.
- Follow up security documents within the specified time and on receipt of new security documents, ensure completeness and accuracy taking responsibility for accurate completion into Bank systems.
- Perform Quality Assurance across multiple workstreams to ensure tasks are completed accurately, efficiently to agreed service standards and meet full regulatory requirements in line with the Bank's Quality Framework.
- Work with the wider Customer Operations Team to try and improve quality outcomes.
- Liaise with all other departments to ensure efficient and accurate processing of all activities.
- Proactively contribute to the identification of colleague training needs root cause and recommend solutions as a result.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The pre-requisites for the Lending Administration Officer are as follows:

- Have a strong knowledge of transaction structures, facility documentation, and the lending process including Personal Mortgage experience.
- Strong credit, analytical, and modelling skills (particularly with Excel).
- Proven track record of implementing change, particularly around enhancing the daily flow of activity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to quickly establish credibility with key stakeholders.
- Demonstrable track record of working under pressure and managing multiple projects with limited supervision
