**The role**:
We are looking for two new Ecommerce Operatives, this is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly Ecommerce Team. No experience required, on-the job training will be provided.

This is a full time role based at our headquarters in Kendal. Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 16:00.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Receiving, picking, packing, and sorting products or parcels
- Printing orders using Shopify and DPD portal
- Processing returns
- Stocktaking and ordering stocks from the warehouse
- Dealing with queries from Customer Service

**What you’ll need**:

- Speed and accuracy

You will need to be able to stand and walk for the majority of your shift. You will need to be able to lift (products up to 20kg), bend, twist, kneel and crouch. To be able to follow safety, quality and production protocols. Your safety comes first.
- Computer literate
- Team worker
- A good communicator
- Flexible to work in other areas and open to learning new skills
- Fork Lift Truck licence or willing to work towards this
