**Salary**: £21,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced **Patient Advisor** to join our small, successful, and friendly team at our prestigious clinic in London. Our clinic is led by a world-renowned aesthetic doctor, global trainer, and international speaker specialising in fillers, body treatments, and lasers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service and personalised attention to our patients
- Assist with reception and administrative duties, ensuring smooth clinic operations
- Utilise your knowledge of the aesthetics industry to educate and advise patients on suitable treatments
- Confidently upsell services to maximise patient satisfaction and clinic revenue
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work
- Collaborate effectively with team members to provide a welcoming and professional environment for patients

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in the aesthetics industry, ideally within a clinic in London
- Proven reception and administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a small team
- A genuine passion for the aesthetics industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the clinic and its patients
