We'd like you to join us as a **Care Assistant** at our clients home based in **Andover**

**About the role**:
Active Care Group is hiring a motivated Support Worker to join our dedicated team, assisting our male client at home and in the community.

This role is to support our male client who has a rare condition called locked-in syndrome is his own home. As a support worker you will be required to assist the client with peg feeding and also a suprapubic catheter.

**The client likes to go out in his car in the afternoons, so it is essential that any applicants interested in the afternoon shifts have a valid full UK driving license and are comfortable driving an assisted vehicle.
**No previous experience required **as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.

**When you'll be working**:

- Day shifts available
- 9am - 10.30am & 12pm - 2.30pm / 35 hours per week available
- Monday to Sunday
- Part time available
