Sales Negotiator

As a leading independent agent in Eltham we are looking to grow and expand our team by welcoming a full time, experienced sales negotiator who can demonstrate a minimum of **1 - 2 years sales negotiator experience** in an estate agency setting.
- Arrange and attend viewings with the view of agreeing a succesfull sale.
- Generate and book market appraisals
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
- Maintain and give all relevant feedback to vendors
- Negotiate offers
- Qualify offers
- Schedule appointments and refer clients to our in house mortgage broker (additional commissions available)
- Contribute to the general running of the sales department
- Canvassing sales stock and cold calling when necessary
- Being a team player
- Demonstrating self-motivation
- Experience working in an estate agency setting
- Work well under pressure
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Professional and well presented
- Able to assist with attracting and generating new business

**We also have additional incentives and additional commission structures as below**:

- Review and testimonial bonuses

- Double bubble commission offered on individual targets

**Job Information**:
Basic Salary: £17,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience) plus commission.

OTE: £35,000 - £45,000 p.a.

Location: Eltham, SE9

Working Days: Monday - Saturday (one day off during the week and no Sundays) _**no working from home option**_

Hours: Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 6pm | Saturday: 9.45 am - 4pm
Annual leave: 28 days
