**HOME DELIVERY SPECIALIST**
The final mile is the most important of the customer journey. And it’s our home delivery specialists who add the smile to that mile.

**The role**
You’re responsible for providing our customers with an exceptional delivery experience and achieving a strong customer feedback score. You’ll closely adhere
to our best practice protocol set out in our Home Delivery Seven Step Principles. Putting the customer first, you’ll safely, courteously and promptly deliver and assemble furniture to their delight.
**Your skills**

- People centred: you’re a true team player, collaborative and helpful
- Quality focused: you’ll conscientiously execute tasks taking pride in your work
- Personally effective: you’re selfmotivated and able to self-manage. This is a physically demanding role, so you’ll also be comfortable lifting heavy goods

Founded in 1989, we’re now the UK’s leading independent furniture retailer offering beautiful furniture and accessories for every room in the home. Sourcing from across the globe - handmade mattresses from Yorkshire, bespoke marble-top tables from Italy, precision engineered wardrobes from Germany - we help our customers make their house a home.

A basic salary of £30,500 plus bonus OTE £35,000, and a host of industry-leading benefits:

**Next steps**
