Avaya Engineer

**Role: Avaya Engineer (3rd line)**
**Location: Manchester(Hybrid/Remote)**
**Salary: £55,000**

We are currently working with one of the fastest growing technology businesses in the UK, specialists in Unified communications and cloud based managed services who are on the lookout for **3rd line Avaya engineer.**

This will be a varied role consisting of supporting complex and high priority incidents as well as providing engineering and consulting services to clients on large scale projects.

We are looking for someone with a detailed understanding of the Avaya suite who is passionate about providing great customer service.

**The role**:

- Provide L3 escalation support, diagnose and resolve contact centre and voice technology incidents.
- Provide engineering support, advice, and consultation to other team members.
- Mentor and train junior technical staff
- Utilize tools and technologies to monitor, isolate and interpret unified communications related network traffic and faults - e.g., WireShark, TraceSM, TraceSBC, etc.

**The requirements**:

- Experienced in supporting and deploying the full Avaya suite
- Proven hands-on experience supporting contact centres
- Ability to get SC clearance
- Experience working in a managed service environment (ideally)
