**Overview of the role**:
**Your main duties as an XP Fitter**:

- Supporting the design and development of current and future products
- Building prototypes and test rigs
- Preparing machines for test and evaluation work
- Strip down of machines, components and rigs, inspection and rebuild
- Servicing, diagnostics and repair of validation machines on/off site
- Welding / fabrication skills would be an advantage
- Reading and understanding engineering drawings

**About you**:

- Proven industry experience working within the off-highway machinery service sector
- Good working knowledge of drivetrain, hydraulics and electrical/electronic systems
- Relevant technical qualifications or equivalent experience
- Enthusiastic attitude, coupled with a sense of urgency and desire to succeed
- Good teamwork & communication skills
