**Salary: OTE £35k**

**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal and this role is with a busy and highly professional independent company with superb compliance and an excellent local reputation.

**Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include**:

- Experienced residential Lettings Agent
- Superior sales ability
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Hove and the surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
