At Ron Smith & Co, we are experiencing fantastic growth with our two websites. As a result, we are seeking two full-time Content and Digital Marketing Specialists to join our small team working from our warehouse in Worcester. Previous experience is essential due to the busy nature of the role.

**Daily Responsibilities**
- **Product Management**: Adding and updating products on our two e-commerce websites using the WooCommerce platform, including writing detailed, SEO-optimised product descriptions. This will form the majority of your time, so attention to detail and excellent written English are essential.
- **Content Creation**: Creating content for our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and assisting in kick-starting our YouTube channel.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

**About You**
- You will have excellent written English
- You will have previous content creation experience
- You can reliably commute to Great Western Business Park, WR4 9GN

**Hours of Work**
- Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm (March to October)
- Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm (November to February)

**Holiday**

28 days per year, to include bank holidays (excluding Good Friday) and our annual Christmas shutdown (~2 weeks). Long holidays (1+ weeks) are not to be taken March-June due to the busy season.

Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
